CONFIGURATION OF CONDITION TYPE (PRICING PART-2)

 CONFIGURATION & BEHAVIOUR CHANGE IN CONDITION TYPE


  • PATH- SPRO- IMG-SD-BASIC FUNCTIONS- PRICING-PRICING CONTROL-DEFINE CONDITION TYPE.V/06-(T-CODE) 


  • Access sequence - assign the access sequence no. with condition type.  
CONTROL DATA -1(1)
  • Plus / minus - X = For minus , A = For plus.
  • Condition class - By this System will understand which type of condition type is mention like...price, discount , tax etc.
  • Condition type -  It help the system to understand the price in which basis. 
                                     = A- Percentage
                                     = B- Fixed amount
                                     = C - Quality
                                     = D - Gross Weight.
  • Condition category- Is the same as the condition class.
  • Rounding rule - Rounding of value ( Commercial , Industrial)        
  • Structure condition and condition function are used when we are using the structured material i.e bill.
  • Structure condition - A= Condition to be duplicated , B= Cumulation condition.
  • Data.Rec.Src - Condition technique (old)
      GROUPING CONDITION

  • Group condition- Indicates whether the system calculate the basis for the scale value from more that one item in the document.
  • Ex- For a group condition to be effective , the item must belong to same group. 
  •  Group condition routine - Use of group condition to add extra condition, it is a program
            1. Total Document
            2. Across all condition type
            3. Pricing group                                           
  • Rounding difference comparison - Rounding of price at header level.

     CHANGES WHICH CAN BE MADE

  • Manual entries- = No limitation , A= free , B= Automatic entries has priority , C= Manual entries has priority , D= Not possible to process manually.
  • Header condition - Application to all line item.(HA00 , HB00)
  • Item condition - It is then consider as item condition.
  • If we want to show amount in line item overview screen in VA01 after we put the material, then amount field will populate the value of condition (PR00,K004)
  • Reference condition type - Use in case of inter company sales.
  • Delete from database - In VK11 if we delete line item , it will delete with pop-up/not. ( Never, don't delete any row).
  • Value- If we tick , we can change or edit condition value.
MASTER DATA (CONDITION RECORD FIELD)

  • Valid from- Today's date
  • Valid to - Infinity.                          
  • Pricing Procedure - Adding of condition supplement(if the price is X then the discount of Y will be applied.
  • Condition Index- It id=s use to update multiple condition record at the same time.
  • Condition updates- Restricts condition if no of order has increased.

SCALE (PRICE SLABS)

  • Scale basic - on what basis= Quantity, volume.
  • Check value - Ascending or Descending
  • Scale type - can be maintain in condition record.

CONTROL DATA -2 (5)

  • Exclusion group - Grouping of multiple condition type in one and allow the system to propose best discount.
  • Path- SPRO-IMG-BASIC FUNCTION-CONDITION EXCLUSION.
  • Pricing date - (Standard) (Order date)
  •                       A= date of service rendered.
  •                       B= Price date
  •                       C= Billing date

PRICING CONDITION TECHNIQUE     ·        Path - SPRO- IMG - SALES AND DISTRIBUTION - BASIC FUNCTION - PRICING- PRICING CONTROL. ·        In SAP SD Pricing is Knows as Condition. ·        Pricing is done at the Header level and item level both. ·        At header level we also have condition tab which is used for display the total pricing of Sales order.
